As part of its continuous efforts to make the internet accessible and enjoyable for everyone, Ooredoo has launched a new advertising campaign designed to encourage customers across its footprint to take advantage of the company’s superfast network and the great variety of ‘tailor-made’ plans it offers to cater to their daily needs.
Customers in both mature and emerging markets increasingly demand speed, reliability, and affordability from their mobile network providers, and Ooredoo’s ‘Enjoy The Internet’ campaign is intended to help customers better use the network to their own specific purposes, based on their own specific personalities and usage patterns.
The campaign includes a fun and inviting video featuring social media influencers from the region and showcases just a few of the many ways the internet helps everyone stay connected and up-to-date with the people, places, and passions they love.
Representing the MENA countries in which Ooredoo operates, social media celebrities include Khalid Jassim, Hanan Al Emadi and Meshaal Al Nuaimi from Qatar, Wassim Migalo from Tunisia, Bibi Al Abdulmohsen from Kuwait, Mohammed Al Noufli and Maha Al Balushi from Oman, and Madjid Bougherra from Algeria.
Ooredoo has also created a dedicated microsite enjoytheinternet.com that contains an interactive quiz designed to reveal to participants which ‘internet personality’ they have. Depending on the results, new and existing customers will be able to find out which Ooredoo plan suits them best.
